Revenue Analyst
In this role you will be responsible for setting the optimal fares and seat allocations in order to optimize the revenue.
Main responsibilities
- Review and analyze the prices history, the booking profiles, the market surveys, and competitor analysis in order to come up with the optimal strategic or tactic price (promotion) for each market.
- Monitor, report and compare fares: the load percentage and the revenue to the rotation cost (flight cost) in order to fine tune the commercial strategy
- Administer the host reservation system in order to make necessary update (price, flight, profiles of the classes, the destination) in order to ensure proper running of the reservation system so that clients can book for the flight
- Coordinate the flight status with the operations department in order to update the web and inform the call centre department to make sure that clients are aware of the changes.
- Report the demand on destinations in order to give recommendations related to the planning and commercial departments in terms of frequencies of the existing flights
- Prepare special quotations for groups (6-74 persons), subscriptions (frequent flyer for corporate and individual) and escapes (packages) in order to provide competitive prices to the sales team
- Prepare the sales and marketing (promotions) reports and present them to the management . Make appropriate recommendations.
- Coordinate the code share with Darwin Airline to ensure synchronized pricing and schedule
- Liaise with the lobby organizations in order to distribute fares (ATPCO) and schedules (OAG) to the global distribution system (GDS)
Profile
- Bachelor degree, in aviation would be a plus
- General understanding of aircraft operation, and good knowledge in aviation
- Previous experience in revenue management
- Very good Microsoft knowledge, Excel and Access
- Airmax knowledge is a plus
- Advanced Reporting skills
- French and English fluent

In this role, you will be responsible for supervising that all the Contracted Maintenance is carried out to approved and agreed standards in order to ensure the continued airworthiness of the aircrafts being operated by Flybaboo.
Main responsibilities:
- Daily review and follow up of the technical status of the fleet in order to perform the scheduled & unscheduled line maintenance and rectify all the defects in the least time possible.
- Plan with the maintenance company the scheduled & unscheduled maintenance in line with the commercial and flight operations departments to ensure compliance with the maintenance program by optimizing downtime and cost.
- Ensure the communication between the different contracted maintenance companies is optimal and guaranteed.
- Supervise base maintenance visits. Review and approve changes in the work scope.
- Replace the PH for Continuing Airworthiness in case of absence or unavailability.
Profile
- JAR/EASA 66 licensed engineer;
- Knowledge of relevant parts of operational requirements and policies;
- Knowledge of the aviation standards and aircraft specifications;
- Knowledge of quality systems;
- 5 years relevant work experience of which at least 2 years should be in the aeronautical industry;
- Knowledge of the continuing airworthiness management;
- Knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course;
- English is a must. Other languages are a plus

In this role, you will be responsible for preparing interline & BSP network planning.
Main responsibilities:
- Analyse the existing network and schedule in order to suggest possible interline agreements to the network and schedule to improve profitability/load factor.
- Analyse potential of new interline routes using various data sources in order to propose value adding routes to the network.
- Request and negotiate interline agreements with other airlines in order to ensure agreements can be profitable and improve profitability of routes.
- Request and liaise with IATA / GDS in order to obtain all necessary BSP/ IBSC links.
- Negotiate for support from airlines in order to lower start-up losses
- Write and update procedures regarding interline implementation/ changes in order to assure proper handling of such agreements
- Coordinate and communicate Interline/BSP agreements with various departments (Commercial, Operations, Finance etc) in order to assure minimal (financial) impact.

Profile

Minimum requirements:
- Q400 : multicrew time 3000 hours for CMDs, ab initio welcome for F/Os
- EMB : multicrew time 5000 hours for CMDs, minimum 1000 hrs for F/Os
- JAR/ATPL for CMDs, frozen ATPL and MCC for F/Os
- Valid Instrument rating
- Current on Embraer 170/190 a plus
- Valid Class 1 Medical certificate

DISPATCHER | ||||||||||

Major Responsibilities :
- Analyses present and future operations, pre-plan the numbers of flight and cabin staff, and shall, in due time, provide the data to the Flight Operations Manager and the Accountable Manager for further action.
- Coordinates and takes decisions of the daily flight operations.
- Establishes in due time an operational plan in case of irregularities
- Control of the presence/absence of all crew members
- Plan, monitor and file all deadhead activities
- Issue tickets for duty and deadhead purposes
- Be responsible for all flight operations related electronic data processing and to contract for such
- Calculate flight times, block times, burn offs and day loads for planned routes for the purpose of planning (OFP)
- Ensure that aeroplanes are operated in accordance with Company policies and procedures, as laid down in the OM
- Control, analyse and store records, flight documents and data
- Direct and plan a leave roster, in cooperation with the respective Chief of Crew Departments
- Manage the statistics for the “on time performance” on a weekly basis.
- Position based in Geneva (Switzerland)
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years experience in that field of activity or similar.
- Ideally licensed as Dispatcher (FAA/JAA).
- All current legislations (JAR/ICAO) applicable to the operation
- Perfect knowledge of Flight Duty regulation (OM A Chap 7)
- Know where to find regulation that must be applied on daily and unscheduled services.
- Keep current on all legal national and international provisions, relating to the flight operations
- Knowledge of SITA messages systems
