Flybaboo is a Geneva based airline with a network of 16 European destinations. As part of its expansion plans, the company is actively seeking to complete its dynamic team with an Interline and BSP Manager, reporting to the Commercial Director, In this role, you will be responsible for preparing interline & BSP network planning. Main responsibilities:
- Analyse the existing network and schedule in order to suggest possible interline agreements to the network and schedule to improve profitability/load factor. - Analyse potential of new interline routes using various data sources in order to propose value adding routes to the network. - Request and negotiate interline agreements with other airlines in order to ensure agreements can be profitable and improve profitability of routes. - Request and liaise with IATA / GDS in order to obtain all necessary BSP/ IBSC links. - Negotiate for support from airlines in order to lower start-up losses - Write and update procedures regarding interline implementation/ changes in order to assure proper handling of such agreements - Coordinate and communicate Interline/BSP agreements with various departments (Commercial, Operations, Finance etc) in order to assure minimal (financial) impact. - Position based in Geneva (Switzerland) Profile
- Minimum 3 years of experience in interline and BSP agreements - Ability to work in an independent way and also interact with team - Excellent analytical and reporting skills - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Very good Microsoft knowledge - Confirmed project management experience - English and French are a must, other languages are a plus
