Flybaboo is a Geneva based airline with a network of 16 European destinations. As part of its expansion plans, the company is actively seeking to complete its dynamic team with a Maintenance Supervisor - Deputy PH for Continuing Airworthiness, reporting to the PH for Continuing Airworthiness,
In this role, you will be responsible for supervising that all the Contracted Maintenance is carried out to approved and agreed standards in order to ensure the continued airworthiness of the aircrafts being operated by Flybaboo.

Main responsibilities:

- Daily review and follow up of the technical status of the fleet in order to perform the scheduled & unscheduled line maintenance and rectify all the defects in the least time possible.

- Plan with the maintenance company the scheduled & unscheduled maintenance in line with the commercial and flight operations departments to ensure compliance with the maintenance program by optimizing downtime and cost.

- Ensure the communication between the different contracted maintenance companies is optimal and guaranteed.

- Supervise base maintenance visits. Review and approve changes in the work scope.

- Replace the PH for Continuing Airworthiness in case of absence or unavailability.

Profile

- JAR/EASA 66 licensed engineer;

- Knowledge of relevant parts of operational requirements and policies;

- Knowledge of the aviation standards and aircraft specifications;

- Knowledge of quality systems;

- 5 years relevant work experience of which at least 2 years should be in the aeronautical industry;

- Knowledge of the continuing airworthiness management;

- Knowledge of a relevant sample of the type(s) of aircraft gained through a formalized training course;

- English is a must. Other languages are a plus

- Position based in Geneva (Switzerland)
